I am a university student in New Zealand who loves working out, spending time with with friends. As a uni student I am always running around to classes work while trying to keep a social life. As all university understand it can get overwhelming at times so this is how I came across Intentional Slow living.
I don't like the thought of time getting away from me so I try and prioritise being intentional with what I do and when I do it.
In addition to my focus on intentional living, I am also passionate about promoting mental health awareness and resources for university students. As a student myself, I understand the pressure and stress that can come with academic and social demands. Through my own experiences and research, I aim to provide helpful insights and strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges commonly faced by university students. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for students to learn about mental health and feel empowered to prioritize their well-being. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, practicing mindfulness, and connecting with friends and family.
